Donna J. Tesi, MD

A surgeon with a passion for beauty has grown what was once a hobby into a unique business. Dr. Tesi has a special interest in anti-aging treatments and wound healing. She is a Board Certified Surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Vermont in Biological Sciences. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger and Gabon, in West Africa. She earned her Master's Degree in Public Health focusing on Nutritional Health from UCLA. Her Doctorate of Medicine was earned at SUNY Health Center At Brooklyn: Brooklyn, NY; and she earned her General Surgery Internship and Residency at Tulane University School of Medicine New Orleans. When she’s not at the spa, Dr. Tesi is busy practicing ER medicine and traveling the globe teaching prehospital emergency care.

Gabriela Batres is a licensed esthetician with 16 years of experience in skin care, hair removal, among other cosmetic modalities. Licensed by the Louisiana School Board of Cosmetology, she is certified to administer skin care treatments for various skin conditions, including hyperpigmentation, rosacea, acne, and aging skin. Through her training, Gabriela knows that it takes quality products and technologies to provide you with optimal results to look your best. She customizes every treatment for what your skin needs while providing a comforting and relaxing touch to improve your skin for the ultimate medspa experience.

Nancy is a registered aromatherapist through the Aromatherapy Registration Council (ARC) and holds a Master of Science in Aromatherapy from the American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS). With over 1200 hours of formal training and education, Nancy is an advanced aromatherapy practitioner and oversees all things aromatic at the spa, including the formulation of our exclusive soothing skin salve. She also manages the business side of things at the spa.
